1. Ordering & Payment

All orders must be placed through our website or approved ordering channels.
Payments are processed securely via PayPal, Zelle, and Credit—we do not store payment details.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received, and you will receive an email confirmation.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 72 hours of placing your order.
If there is an issue with your order (such as missing or damaged items), please reach out and we’ll make it right!

3. Shipping, Delivery & Pick-Up

We currently offer shipping, local pick-up, and local delivery (within Mountain Home/MHAFB, $5)—details are provided at checkout.
MoHo Sweets is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or incorrect shipping information.

4. Allergies & Ingredients

Our cookies are made with love, but also are made in the same kitchen with gluten, dairy, nuts, etc.
We do our best to prevent cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Return and Refund Policy

We offer refunds if you’re unhappy with your purchase due to:

3. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Depending on your bank, processing times may vary.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.

4. Exceptions

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we cannot accept returns.
