Welcome to MoHo Sweets! 🍪 By using our website and purchasing our delicious treats, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders must be placed through our website or approved ordering channels.
  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal, Zelle, and Credit—we do not store payment details.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received, and you will receive an email confirmation.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 72 hours of placing your order.
  • If there is an issue with your order (such as missing or damaged items), please reach out and we’ll make it right!


3. Shipping, Delivery & Pick-Up

  • We currently offer shipping, local pick-up, and local delivery (within Mountain Home/MHAFB, $5)—details are provided at checkout.
  • MoHo Sweets is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or incorrect shipping information.

4. Allergies & Ingredients

  • Our cookies are made with love, but also are made in the same kitchen with gluten, dairy, nuts, etc.
  • We do our best to prevent cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds if you’re unhappy with your purchase due to:

  • Quality concerns (e.g., cookies arrived stale, incorrect order, or other issues).
  • A mistake on our end (wrong flavors, missing items, etc.).


2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@mohosweets.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

3. Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Depending on your bank, processing times may vary.
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.

4. Exceptions

  • Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we cannot accept returns.
  • Refunds will not be issued for personal taste preferences (but we’d love to help you find your perfect flavor next time!).
